The principle signs of Meckel-Gruber syndrome are encephalocele, polydactyly, and polycystic kidneys with normal karyotype. Due to rarity of the Meckel-Gruber syndrome, the cause is still unknown. At present, autosomal recessive is though to be

of the causes.
A case of Meckel-Gruber syndrome is presented with a brief literature review.
